I do not consider them “Luke Warmers”! Delusional maybe, but anything but lukewarmer, especially when they go to great lengths to defend the indefensible.
Mike, I hear ya brother, but I’m just using their terminology, Curry and Mosher that is. Also, at WUWT, Anthony has them stuffed into that category on the link list.
We could also call them fence sitters, which begs the question: don’t those sharp pointy fence tops stuck in their posteriors hurt after a while?
Maybe they find it enjoyable.
“Lukewarmer” means you accept all the radiative physics as basically correct, give or take some small margin for errors. But Lukewarmers don’t unquestioningly accept all the speculative assertions that “feedbacks” will turn that beneficial warming (even if very slight) into dangerous levels of warming. In other words, there is no problem, nothing to see, move along…
