House Republicans on Monday asked the federal courts to intervene and force the Obama administration to turn over documents from the botched Fast and Furious gun-walking operation, escalating what had been a simmering constitutional crisis.
House Speaker John A. Boehner said President Obama and his team were ignoring a congressional subpoena — something the courts have long recognized as valid — and said lawmakers were left with no choice but to ask the third branch to referee.

After sending thousands of guns to criminals in Mexico, Obama announced that thousands of US guns were ending up in criminals hands in Mexico. He was hoping to use his criminal operation as an excuse to take guns away from Americans, but it appears to have backfired.
The sad fact is just this, and nothing less:
Society is deeply troubled worldwide. Responses of world leaders and leaders of the scientific community to Climategate emails and documents that surfaced in Nov 2009 exposed the first clear evidence of the institutionalized deceit that developed on government science after 1945.

Let’s just hope they aren’t able to start any type of violent reaction on a wide spread scale as the carnage will be huge on both sides. So far the conservatives have continually attempted to counter the rabid damage caused by this administration with intelligent debate . If the marxist in chief attempts to instill martial law or goes after the few important constitutional rights they have not diminished already it could get very ugly. As far as the gunrunning deal goes , obama will just lie repeatedly about that. While we intelligent people are aware of his many discretions against honest rule of law apparently the democrats either can not figure it out or think it is ok.

That phrase “botched… operation” is one that I hear often in relationship to the Fast and Furious scheme — in fact I heard it this morning on the radio. The only thing “botched” about it is that they got caught. Let me very blunt. Governments are not in the business of protecting you or of keeping you free. Yes, I know that our elementary teachers told us otherwise, but they were mistaken. Governments are in the business of grabbing and retaining power over the people of a geographic area. EVERYTHING that a government does is subservient to that purpose. One of the main ways (and there are, of course, many others) of doing that is to make sure that there is a never ending source of crime and discord to frighten the populace into obedience. A government without problems to solve is a failure. A criminal gang without government to restrict the market fails. Governments and criminals do not want to destroy each other; they are natural allies. Fast and Furious did exactly what it was designed to do; it put weapons into the hands of murderers, it allowed the killing of hundreds of people and it expedited the import of massive amounts of drugs. It was not botched, it did what it was supposed to.
