Professor Jennifer Francis from Rutgers Uni should have a mental health check up. Her logic is astounding. I expect alarmists will try and worm out of this one by saying “we’ve learned much more since then”, or “there wasn’t as much CO2”. When there’s excess ice next and the winters are just as extreme, they’d have run out of excuses.
