1954 Shock News : Multiple Low CO2 Hurricanes Targeted New England

Wait a minute, I thought storms gained personality only after 400 ppm. It says above that Edna was furious. Was it because she wanted more or less CO2?
Eastern Massachusetts had Carol and Edna, two 100 mph+ hurricanes, in less than two weeks. A month later they were followed by Hazel, which brought 140 mph winds to the North Carolina coast, sustained hurricane force winds to DC, plus a catastrophic flood in Toronto.
You can only imagine the alarmists and media hacks going bonkers if there was a repeat.
