The amount of money given to third world despots for natural resources such as oil and gas is massive. Surely this is an argument for producing energy at home, even if it is a wind farm in Texas?

Lots of oil in the USA. Lots of coal the USA. They’re cheaper than wind farms. That’s a good argument for using oil and coal. Let’s use them. Why waste my money, and everyone else’s money on wind.
