According to NASA, people in Iceland used to read their thermometers 2.5C too high, and now they read them too low. And it is surely just a coincidence that the years NASA cooled 2.5 degrees also happened to be the ones which wrecked their global warming scam.

The problem is of course that Icelanders are dumb, not that NASA has been engaging in massive scientific fraud.

The Arctic warming from 1910 to 1940 completely wrecks the alarmist’s story. Fortunately for them, they control the NASA and NOAA data and can tamper with it any way they want to produce data which matches their theory.

They are constantly cooling the past in Iceland, with their latest handiwork shown below.

Buried deep in a lengthy New York Times article about President Barack Obama’s secret terrorist “kill list” lies disturbing allegations by several administration officials that the president has embraced a controversial method for counting civilians killed by U.S. unmanned aerial drone strikes in which the definition of “militant” has been deceptively stretched in order to artificially lower civilian death tolls.

In an effort to minimize official civilian death tolls from these strikes, in which hundreds of innocent people have been killed in Pakistan alone, several administration officials told the Times that the administration is effectively counting “all military-age males in a strike zone as combatants,” barring “explicit” posthumous intelligence proving their innocence.

Same way Obama does everything else – cheating and lying.

Assuming the winds don’t turn against them (which they probably will) – in about a week, the rowers will have to decide if they are going to risk 15 miles of open water to Victoria Island.

If they don’t do that, they are adding hundreds of miles on to their route. If they do go to Victoria Island, they will probably end up abandoning their boat there as winter sets in.
