West Virginia received record snowfall on Halloween last year, and is now forecast to get more snow in the middle of May.

Seven months of winter is a sure sign of a fossil fuel powered overheated atmosphere.

Berwyn Forgot To Look Out His Window

2013 is bringing record spring snow cover to the Northern Hemisphere, so Berwyn writes today about declining spring snow cover. He had to get this piece in before Rutgers updates their graph to include 2013.

How Is That Spontaneous You-Tube Protest Working Out For Obama?

Obama’s Benghazi cover-up went so far as to jail the YouTube producer.

Obama boasted about violating Pakistan’s airspace to get Osama, but now says that he didn’t want to violate Libya’s airspace to save Americans being attacked by terrorists – who were actually YouTube protesters.

Obama also says he didn’t have time to send a plane to Benghazi, because jet fighters are really slow and he knew exactly how long the attack was going to last before he went to bed that night to rest up for a fundraiser.

Late-Term Abortion Doc Caught Comparing Unborn Baby to “Meat in a Crock Pot”

Dr. Carhart: It gets soft – like, mushy – so you push it through.

Woman: So what makes the baby “mushy”?

Dr. Carhart: The fact that it’s not alive for 2 or 3 days.

Woman: Oh. So I’ll have a dead baby in me?

Dr. Carhart: For 3 days, yeah… It’s like putting meat in a crock pot, okay? … It gets softer. It doesn’t get infected or–

Woman: OK, so the dead baby in me is like meat in a crock pot.

Dr. Carhart: Pretty much, yeah … in a slow cooker.

Dr. Carhart tells an undercover Live Action investigator who is 22 weeks pregnant:

We do a shot into the fetus to end the pregnancy the first day. … Well, if everything works right, you just deliver them and they come out fine. I mean, if for some reason that doesn’t happen, then we have to take them out in pieces…

A twenty-six-week pregnant Live Action investigator inquires what will happen in the case of complications:

Woman: But if we run into trouble … for some reason, I’m not able to deliver, you’ll be able to get it out in pieces.

Dr. Carhart: We’d take it out…

Woman: What do you use to break it up? Just–

Dr. Carhart: A whole bunch of–

Woman: You’ve got a toolkit.

Dr. Carhart: A pickaxe, a drill bit, yeah (laughs).

Fossil-Fuel Powered Overheated Atmosphere Affecting The Corn Crop

COLD WEATHER CONTINUES TO AFFECT CORN, SOYBEAN, AND WHEAT PLANTING ACROSS U.S.
TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2013

Freezing rain accompanied the cold in parts of the U.S., coating corn in ice

Reuters today reported that rain and late-season snow continues to affect corn, soybean, and winter wheat crops across the U.S.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s weekly report released on Monday, U.S. farmers have planted just 12% of their intended corn acreages as a result of the weather. The Iowa field office of the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service stated, “Temperatures dropped low enough for snowfall to be seen across much of Iowa. Records for both May snowfall and coldest daily high temperature were set in some areas.” Iowa, Reuters reports, is the nation’s top producer of corn; while corn planting progress in Iowa was up 2% from last week, it was still the slowest since 1995.

Obama Has Had The Fewest Hurricanes Of Any President

NOAA keeps hurricane records back to 1850. The average number of US hurricane strikes per presidency is almost eleven. Obama’s presidency has had only three hurricane strikes, matched only by Abraham Lincoln and Benjamin Harrison.

Grover Cleveland and FDR both presided over 26 hurricanes, almost nine times as many as Obama.

Chronological List of All Hurricanes

During his state of the Union Address, Obama implied that the overwhelming consensus of science says hurricanes are getting worse. That is patently false.

Obama also tells us that gun crime is getting worse, even though it is declining and at historic lows.
