Real Climate Science

Here near the Colorado-Wyoming border, just about everyone owns guns.

We don’t have any shootouts, except for the occasional murder committed by the police department, and covered up by the district attorney.  We have very little crime, other than bicycles being stolen on the CSU campus and drunk and disorderly college students.

I do worry about being hit by cars on my bicycle (it has happened several times) – but the the thought of being shot has never occurred to me.

Imbecile lefties take statistics from gun-free cities dominated by minority gangs with illegal weapons, and mindlessly transpose that on to law abiding citizens who live in an entirely different world.

(Before any Brits take the opportunity to look ridiculous, I will remind them that our crime rate in Fort Collins is less than one sixth of that in the UK.)

More evidence that hallucinogens are the norm for the press corpse.

Guns, Debt, and Climate Change Give Obama Shot at Immortality

Gun violence, climate change, and $16 trillion in U.S. debt are life-and-death crises that give President Obama the opportunity to become a truly transformational president.

In other words, Obama has spent the country blind, the weather does whatever it wants to do, and Americans are more likely to be killed by a hammer than by a rifle. The left is completely insane.

The Virginia Bill Of Rights made it clear that the founding fathers did not consider an army to be a militia. The militia consists of armed citizens, and standing armies should be avoided..

That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defence of a free state; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided, as dangerous to liberty; and that, in all cases, the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.

When the US has a cold winter, it is just weather.

But a pleasant winter in the US demands immediate action to save the planet from global warming, while Europe, Alaska*, Russia, Siberia and Asia experience record cold and snow.

*Alaska has Sarah Palin, so it doesn’t count as part of the US.

The fraudsters at NOAA are making hay with claims that 2012 was the hottest year ever, while global temperatures continue to slide. December was the 17th coldest in the RSS satellite record.

The Great Storm of 1703 was the most severe storm or natural disaster ever recorded in the southern part of Great Britain.[1] It affected southern England and the English Channel in the Kingdom of Great Britain. A 120-mph (193-km/h) “perfect hurricane”, it started on 24 November, and did not die down until 2 December 1703 (Old Style).

Observers at the time recorded barometric readings as low as 973 millibars (measured by William Derham in South Essex),[2] but it has been suggested that the storm may have deepened to 950 millibars over the Midlands.

Al Gore won the Nobel Prize for making money off an imaginary scam which he never believed in.

At least he did something, unlike Barack Obama who won the Nobel Prize for doing nothing.
