“Humans Are The Cause Of Climate Change”

Next time a climate mental midget tries to tell you that 97% of scientists say that humans are the cause of climate change, you might suggest they get a lobotomy. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

The 12C swings in temperature which Earth regularly experiences have been primarily due to Cro-Magnon and Neanderthal aerosols.

Beaufort Sea Ice Is Moving, Not Melting

Over the last nine days, Beaufort Sea ice has been moving west and rotating, but the individual floes are not changing much in size or shape.

Ice Loss Over The Last Three Days

There hasn’t been much ice loss in the Arctic Basin recently. When Baffin and Hudson Bays completely melt out in a few days, the slope should tail off.

Gavin Asks : “Is Sea level Rise Accelerating?”

And the answer is – no. The dissonance of these people knows no bounds.

Sea level has scarcely risen for the past eight years.

Evo’s Country Ravaged By Global Warming

Bolivia appeals for help as snow strands thousands
11 July 11 20:51 ET

The worst snow storms in Bolivia in the last 20 years have left thousands of people stranded, as more snow is forecast for the coming days.

The Bolivian government has appealed for help from neighbouring countries.

It says it needs helicopters to drop aid to isolated communities and heavy machinery to clear the roads.

The snow took farmers and tourists by surprise in the usually dry highlands of Potosi – a vast area in the south-west of the country.

Farmers have lost their crops and more than 50,000 llamas and alpacas are without food, after their pastures were covered by a thick layer of snow.

Roads remain closed, and rescue efforts have been hampered by poor weather.

The Bolivian Civil Defence Department said that dropping aid to isolated communities and rescuing people stranded in freezing temperatures would be difficult without helicopters from other countries.

The government has only two helicopters.
The BBC’s correspondent in La Paz, Mattia Cabitza, says that, giving the vastness and isolation of the territory affected, it will be very difficult to clear the roads before the next snowstorms arrive.

Hansen On The Super El Nino

March 29, 2006

James Hansen, Makiko Sato, Reto Ruedy, Ken Lo, David Lea and Martin Medina-Elizalde

SUPER EL NINO IN 2006-2007?  We suggest that an El Nino is likely to originate in 2006 and that there is a good chance it will be a “super El Nino”, rivaling the 1983 and 1997-1998 El Ninos, which were successively labeled the “El Nino of the century” as they were of unprecedented strength in the previous 100 years (Fig. 1 of Fedorov and Philander 2000).

Further, we argue that global warming causes an increase of such “super El Ninos”.  Our rationale is based on interpretation of dominant mechanisms in the ENSO (El Nino Southern Oscillation) phenomenon, examination of historical SST data, and observed Pacific Ocean SST anomalies in February 2006.

We argue further that global warming has increased the likelihood of  “super El Ninos”, such as those that occurred in 1983 and 1997-1998.  This impact of global warming, if true, is important, because the extreme global climate anomalies associated with super El Ninos are more devastating than the effects of more moderate El Ninos.  Our inference is based on a simple physical argument, as we wish to skirt the fact that neither climate models (Collins et al. 2005) nor theory (Fedorov and Philander 2000; Cane 2005) as yet provide a clear answer for the effect of global warming on El Ninos.

Climate Scientists And The Permanent El Nino

They warned of permanent El Nino and permanent drought in Australia. Now that we have persistent La Nina, they also blame that on global warming.

 November 7, 1997

Scientists are warning that global warming could make the El Nino a permanent feature of the world’s weather system.

El Nino events normally occur roughly every 5 years, and last for between 12 and 18 months. However unpublished scientific research now suggests that the complex weather systems could occur every 3 years, making them a dominant weather pattern and in effect, almost permanent.

High in the Peruvian Andes, archeologists have discovered the skeletons of what they believe are human sacrifices, linked to El Nino events, at Inca temples of the Sun and the Moon.

Dr Steve Bourget from the University of East Anglia believes the 80 victims were sacrificed to placate the Gods during El Nino rainstorms. “On the north coast of Peru it almost never rains … it rains like this only during the time of Nino’s.”

He continued, “So that’s why, during an El Nino event the temple was itself just melting down and they probably did the sacrifice in order to try and stop the rains.”

Of course, the Inca priest’s ceremonies were in vain, and if the scientists predictions are accurate, so might the best efforts of 21st century technology.

The Dust Bowl Was Man Made!

“Just as speeding increases the risk of a deadly auto accident, but cannot be conclusively assigned as the cause of an accident, a particular heat wave is not directly caused by global warming, but has a higher risk of occurrence and of being intense because of global warming.”

We can’t say for sure that any particular piece of junk science reporting is directly attributable to corruption in climate science, but the odds have massively increased.

Climate Science Reduced To Unsupported Anecdotes

AUSTRALIA is a lucky country. Blessed by sunshine, precious minerals and many other resources, it has prospered. As a global presence, the country punches above its weight on many issues, science included. Germans, when asked which country they would choose to emigrate to, say Australia.

It has tremendous iconic power, but it is also a land of droughts and floods. Australia has learnt to live with lots of climate variability, but extreme events tend to increase as global warming progresses.

all reputable scientists agree that climate change is man-made – and a huge challenge for human civilisation.

http://www.smh.com.au/

This statement gets repeated over and over every day, as the new phase of brainwashing begins. Global warming turned out to be a complete bust, because the Earth stopped warming.

There is not one shred of evidence that droughts or floods have gotten worse in Australia, and the authors of these articles never make any attempt to back up their claim with evidence.

The global warming movement is reduced to pathetic unsupported lies. How could any self-respecting human being continue to associate themself with it?
