It felt like absolute zero riding my bike home from work this afternoon. 20F with a 20 MPH headwind.
There have been 3 or 4 days like that in the last month, usually corrected shortly afterwards. Not stopped it flying south for winter though.

The interesting part is that the current Ch 5 temperature is below average; that does not look like hotter that 1998 at all.
