   I actually watched a wind storm similar to that roll across the Las Vegas Valley in 1964! I also had the “Pleasure” of removing 2 inches of sand from everything in my parents business the next day! The “Drifts” were higher!

     I have not had that “pleasure” (nor want it), but have seen a dust storm out in California. Lasted most of the day and it was a dog trying to clean the house afterwards.

   Joe Romm is as Joe Romm does.      Russell C,

     I question if Joe Romm is possibly not a “cog”(well oiled wheel – such as NASA GISS, Met Office, CSRIO, etc… – who constantly point to their own insignificance due to the commonality in direction of spin of other like wheels), might I suggest(as others have also done) that Joe Romm is more analogous to a much more numerous and common piece of hardware which demands frequent attention as it fastens the various parts of the CAGW machinery together?

       A good suggestion! At the very least, Romm is among the gang of usual suspects who routinely shore up this collapsing mess with the usual tiresome unsupportable defenses.
