   I think this quite insensitive and should be removed. Enough trawling through newspapers in the past, this is a blog called Science and is about now hopefully.

   I seriously doubt B-29 bombers will be blamed for another earthquake in Japan.

   So far they haven’t in this one… unsurprisingly.

     Haiti was blamed by a geologist on global warming. Science is still in the dark ages.

   I love the old newspaper clippings. Keep them coming!

   Much is being made about the current snowmelt floods in the Northeast. You should check newspapers from mid to late March 1936 when there were massive floods in the Northeast that make these current ones look trivial.
