Ice Age Theory

One theory about ice ages is that they occur when Arctic winters are warmer and summers are cooler. More snow accumulates, and then does not melt completely in the summer.

This is interesting, because our friends were hysterical about “exceptional mildness” in Greenland in December – temperatures were -20C instead of the usual -25C. Now that the melt season has arrived, temperatures are running below normal.

They still talk about Greenland now, but it is the imaginary Greenland in their minds. Not the real one.

Sounds just like this year. If we have another harsh winter, they will probably turn on a dime and say CO2 is going to cause an Ice Age. The probably already have that in their bag of tricks.
