   There is indeed a pressing need in the face of a lack of rate of sea level rise acceleration, lack of warming, lack of tornado F3-F5s, lack of trend in extreme weather events and so on………………

   Steve, I don’t understand why you call this a “Ponzi Scheme.” “Ponzi Scheme” is a specific type of investment fraud (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme). While US Social Security might be catagorized as a Ponzi Scheme, AGW strikes me more as just a campaign lie to acrew political power.
