Now wait a minute! I thought that pink was hot. Now it’s being shown as cold and is right in the same region that our warmcold heatwave took place last winter. By any slight chance, are they now trying to confuse people?
As usual, northern Siberia, the South Pacific and the area around Antarctica are smoking hot. There practically no people in any of these places and probably very few reliable weather stations. Hansen’s crayons have been at work!

Here in the Laurentians, last winter was mild and snowy. We even got above freezing for 4 or 5 DAYS during the entire winter. Only a couple of -30C days with most being a comfortable -10 to -20C. The ice on the lake melted last week….
Spring has been unseasonably cool and wet so far. Where is that warming when we need it to get the yardwork done?!
