Only the “Right” combination of controlled substances can explain the results in that research paper! It seems they shared “stuff” with their Peers to get the proper review.
Just confirmation bias. They assumed that the low snow years were due to CO2, and then concluded that as CO2 increased the snow would continue to decrease. No science was performed in the making of this paper.
Just think of the Drugs consumed instead!
