   Isn’t this very reminiscent of the way Graham Spanier (former President of Penn State) appointed a committee for the purpose of white-washing Michael Mann’s record after “climategate”? And now Graham Spanier is exposed by the Freeh report as being willing to ignore clear signs of child molestation by Sandusky. The morality implicit here is beyond appalling.

   Gleick and his apologists are a disgrace to science. If a skeptic had engaged in the same unethical acts and was later cleared of any wrongdoing, it would be breaking news.

   The Warmists will always close ranks to protect their brother alarmists. No illegal activity is out of bounds as long as it advances the cause. The Pacific Institute is now an accessory to what is clearly a criminal act.

   I’m trying to understand the headline. The staff of Pacific Institute walked outside briefly, performed a review, then reinstated the boss?

   Note to self:
   When you desire reinstatement, it helps to be able to pick the people who pick the outside reviewer.
