We need flag comparison photos here. The short flag looks about the same. But not knowing how tall the short flag really is, it is hard to say.
I am going to guess the tall ones at eight feet which would make the short one two feet. Based on that I would guess the new snow to be about 4 inches, tops.

And they have been clearing the top of the fuel pit that we are seeing in the picture. I was commenting on the amount of fresh snow in this picture as compared to others you have shown.
