I survived last winter in Maryland, which NOAA described as being extreme – due to the unusual number of mild sunny days.

Just think of all the brave survivors of the extreme weather during March 2012 in Illinois and Michigan. The incredible hardship of wearing shorts in 80 degree weather is something those hardy people will not soon forget!
