We are talking Democrats in Washington, Those qualities are rare in that camp.

I’ll grant the former but not the latter.
Too bad we have a ‘no president left behind’ policy.
But… but, Obama has only had 3 years to study the Keystone XL oil pipeline. You can’t decide something like that overnight!
