I guess this is in addition to the 50 million climate refugees we had by 2010.
When I move to Costa Rica to retire I will be a climate refugee. Well, actually, I’ll be an economic refugee after Obungo destroys the dollar. But I intend to enjoy a better climate. And thanks to the lapse rate, the temperatures in the highlands are always a pleasant 72 F. There will be the horror of melting ice…. in my Margarita, but I can dispatch that horror with a swift guzzle. This whole refugee thing is looking up..
