Sunday Funnies

From The Sunday Times

THE world’s climate has cooled during 2011 and 2012, temperature data from Britain’s Met Office reveals — just before this year’s talks on cutting global greenhouse gas emissions. The figures show that, although global temperatures are still well above the long-term average, they have fallen significantly (sic) since the record seen in 2010.

Global temperatures are actually very close to the bottom of the long-term average. When alarmists say “long-term average” they mean the period of the global cooling scare.

    The he heroic, difficult.

“Put your hand on a stove for a minute and it seems like an hour. Sit with that special girl for an hour and it seems like a minute. That’s relativity.”

Everybody agrees that co2 levels have gone up in this period and warmists still want us to believe that co2 is fueling a global warming frenzy, even thought the world is cooling rapidly. Increasing an accelerant to a fire always means getting a higher temp and heat output when everything else stays the same.

Here’s a snippet from a future 2012 climategate email release: “A decade ago it was bad enough, now It’s a complete travesty, this bloody inconsiderate missing heat is giving us the complete run around”.

It’s only a matter of time before there warmists “discover” a cooling rogue co2 molecule. All they would need is David Attenborough to say so and it would be case proven. Post modern science is really fun.

It’s like watching a toddler open that special Christmas gift and exclaim, “I’ve been waiting my WHOLE LIFE for this!”

I saw Ray Kurzweil being interviewed last night, and apparently he has a new book that I must read entitled “How to Create a Mind”. He explained briefly that the brain is capable of disposing of inferior knowledge as time goes on, and can replace it with new and superior data. However, some individuals are unable to retool after about the age of twenty, they plateau, and their intellect is not able to broaden. This would explain the immaturity we see from so called “intellectuals” on the left, and why Churchill observed that, “If you’re not a liberal at twenty you have no heart, if you’re not a conservative at forty, you have no brain.”
