Yep humans are responsible for the holes in the Ozone that has been growing and shrinking with the seasons while meandering around the poles since way before Earthlings were invented.

Despite all the actions against CFCs, the Ozone hole is still there getting bigger and smaller just as it likes. It all reminds me of the Millenium Bug and CAGW.
