Boulder Police Poaching Elk

The elk was fatally shot by an on-duty Boulder police officer, who has since been placed on paid administrative leave, pending the results of an internal investigation.

A second off-duty officer, suspected of assisting in loading the animal’s body into a pickup truck and taking it away to be processed for meat, also was placed on leave.

  1. I don’t know how you can blame the police. It was the gun that killed the elk. Back to class for you.

Makes one wonder about the intelligence of the police officers involved . And to think they were holding the power to make important decisions is scary . i wonder how many lives they have improperly impacted ?

maybe they were hungry. ya think?

  4. If they too an extra hour to eat lunch, no-one would have heard about it or cared. But instead they shot an elk and sent it to be processed for meat. As long as they work the extra time to make up for their elk shooting and loading time, who really cares? (Except crazy Vegans of course.)

  5. maguro says:

A candlelight vigil for an elk, really?

  6. They have a later term abortion clinic in this town, where babies who could survive outside the womb are legally torn limb from limb, without pain killers. I could care less what the police shoot and eat, since the town has open season on human beings.
