   Is it the same “Plan” They used to keep those weapons away from other countries, that now have them. Is that the same plan they used to keep WMD out of Saddam’s hands when he was using WMD against Iran and the Kurds.

   Er, have you tried watching that clip? There’s some guy doing a weird voice-over the Hans Blix part. I know the scene you mean – and yes it does sum up Obama’s weak ‘strongly worded letter writing’ response to North Korea – but you need to get the right clip – without the retarded voice-over.
