rifle owners statewide are organizing a mass boycott of Gov. Cuomo’s new law mandating they register their weapons, daring officials to “come and take it away,” The Post has learned.
Gun-range owners and gun-rights advocates are encouraging hundreds of thousands of owners to defy the law, saying it’d be the largest act of civil disobedience in state history.
“I’ve heard from hundreds of people that they’re prepared to defy the law, and that number will be magnified by the thousands, by the tens of thousands, when the registration deadline comes,’’ said Brian Olesen, president of the American Shooters Supply, one of the largest gun dealers in the state.

He’ll mostlikely be passed over too, come the next election! 😉
Tiss the season fer passover right now!
You hink they are mad in New York wait till they try that in the south.
Leave it to these types to try to go a bridge too far (at least I hope that’s what they’ve done in this case). Unfortunately, that’s probably the only reason we ever manage to get out from under the messes they make.
This boycott is very encouraging. It’s about time the American people, particularly New Yorkers and Coloradoans, woke up to the threat to life and liberty posed by the disarmament crowd. As free citizens, we are in a battle to preserve our remaining constitutional rights from those enemies who would enslave us all.
Cuomo, Feinstein, Schumer, Colorado Gov. Hickenlooper are other gun-grabbers represent a clear and present danger to every free American. Without the Second Amendment, all the other constitutional guarantees are worthless. Per the landmark Supreme Court decision Marbury vs. Madison, any legislative act that attempts to negate the Constitution is null and void.
“”Come and take it” is an American patriotic slogan most notably used in 1778 at Fort Morris in Georgia during the American Revolution, and later in 1835 during the Texas Revolution. The phrase is similar to Molon labe (come and take them), which is a classical expression of defiance reportedly spoken by King Leonidas I in response to the Persian army’s demand that the Spartans surrender their weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae.”

More insanity in Colorado.

A fundamental problem is that The perspective of freedom lovers is individualism, where the individual is responsible for themselves, as apposed to collectivism, a system where the collective (a centralized authority) makes decisions for the individual. People who are of the individualist mindset do not naturally form groups and organizations, because…. we go it alone. We don’t even consider we would lean on others.
The parasitic collectivists however, immediately band together (like cockroaches), and use group authority to legitimize their psychotic agenda. They know that individually, they are inferior in skill and influence, so they band together, magnifying all efforts, They immediately infiltrate all organizations of authority or control. They arrive knowing they have lost the argument. So they turn to the treachery of authoritarian control to win. Individualists are sitting ducks.
Until all of this is understood, and until conservatives cast aside political correctness, call this what it is, and throw fear to the wind, they will decline in influence.
We are at war now. We shouldn’t imagine otherwise.
