Gun confiscation propagandist Mark Kelley says that he purchased an AR-15 to give to someone else. This is a Federal offense, and is the first question they ask on background check forms.

He good friends with Gregory, nothing will happen to him
I am not a Conservative, nor a gun owner, and I don’t see anything wrong with any rational, law-abiding citizen owning an AR-15, if he/she knows how to use it and keep it out of careless hands. If I had the money and my own land, with a gully or hill I could safely fire into, it would be nice to have one. (Of course, I WAS taught how to handle a gun, by my grandfather, when I was only 7 years old. That has always just been part of being “countryfolk”. The point being, countryfolk like me are not afraid of guns, and we know how and when to use them responsibly. Young, immature gang members too often don’t.)
You don’t need the land if there’s a nice gun club or shooting range in the neighborhood.
So let me guess, Harry da Huffman–you live in a “Agenda 21, walkable/sustainable” apartment community not unlike Glassboro, NJ, where private property rights are usurped and gullys designed for firing bullets into are leveled? “Countryfolk” love their freedom. They love their cesspools, wells, privacy, and Remington 870 Wingmasters. So, what the fuck was the point of your post?
Very good….
His story is that he was buying it only to surrender it to the local PD. Strictly speaking, I don’t think that would be considered a strawman purchase as it would be a legitimate transfer. I mean, he’s probably a lying idiot anyway, but I don’t think there would be anything illegal about his stated intentions.
But speaking of getting BSGs off the street, check this out: http://flic.kr/p/c3yWfA
If he was buying the weapon for anyone else it is against the law. It is the first question asked on the background check. He is not the legal representative for the local police.
It does not matter what his story is, what he did was illegal!
