His other main recurring role on Almost Live! was as Speedwalker, a speedwalking Seattle superhero.”

It was a joke Bill.
Bill should have quit talking about tornadoes back a year or so ago when he erroneously declared on TV that tornadoes were almost exclusive to North America, which isn’t remotely true.
