Five years ago, the same John Holdren said that global warming would cause ice-free winters, at the 18:54 mark of this audio.

I’m getting really confused by when we should have ice-free winters. Holdren’s prediction, RFKjr’s prediction, several predictions of ice-free Arctic. It seems that we are now having a 56-state panic (I heard it was warmer than usual in Anchorage) over extreme cold weather. It sounds like the “We’re almost there response” to “How much farther?” when the trip has just started. Obviously it isn’t 2013 or 2014 because I’ve seen ice in Richmond both winters. So, 2015?
