It is a year without winter. I marked “Winter Begins” off my 2013 Yearly Planner and didn’t buy a 2014 calendar.
Besides, as you well know, this extreme cold is due to extreme heat and unprecedented global warming.
By the time they get through jiggering the figures we will have lived through one of the warmest winters in history. LOL
