Wyoming to EPA: Place Tribal Boundary Decision on Hold and
Reconsider
CHEYENNE, Wyo. – In a petition to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) filed today, the State of Wyoming, through the Attorney General, says the EPA used incomplete facts and faulty legal conclusions when making its decision to change existing law and alter the boundary of the State and the Wind River Reservation (WRR). The State’s petition asks the agency to reconsider and also stay any implementation of its December decision revising the WRR boundary.
“I understand that the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Tribes have a different opinion about the Wind River Reservation Boundary. My deep concern is about an administrative agency of the federal government altering a state’s boundary and going against over 100 years of history and law. This should be a concern to all citizens because, if the EPA can unilaterally take land away from a state, where will it stop?” Governor Matt Mead said. “I want to thank the Attorney General and his staff for acting with urgency and preparing a thorough review of the historical record. This analysis shows how flawed the EPA was in its legal justification for its decision. The federal government clearly had a predetermined outcome it sought to uphold.”
Obama is using the EPA to destroy the coal industry, steal land from states, and Boehner does nothing to stop him. Why haven’t impeachment proceedings been started?

Overwhelming is the correct term. If the AGW mafia can use 0.01 degrees per decade to talk about a tipping point and a dramatic rise in global temperature, I can use overwhelming for a wafer thin majority.
My dear Jolly, aka Obama buttboy, Nixon won by 23 %, got impeached, Clinton won by 8%, impeachement voted in House and Reagan won by 28% and democrats would have loved to impeach him. So your defense of Obama is weak and exposes your bias, which is rather pink.

3.86% is overwhelming? 34 out of 48 Presidential elections were won with higher popular vote margins. Obama’s win in 2012 was bottom third material.
Well, I was amazed people would vote for the guy twice. But he did win. Whether it was bottom third or not is irrelevant. He’s President for 3 more years (at least LOL).
The Reps and the Dems are in bed with each other robbing the USA wherever they can.
On a political level all they are capable of is to present a badly staged “Dog and Pony Show”

How does being “in bed with each other” explain the Obamacare vote? I think the Washington Republicans are just out of their depth; they’re moderately corrupt, go-with-the-flow types who can’t handle revolutionaries, even if these are the new wine-and-cheese variety of revolutionary. That’s why the Tea Party has to either get these guys to stiffen up or get them the hell out of Washington.
I find it interesting the federal government can seize private land, without using eminent domain, to protect endangered species but I don’t see state AG’s protecting private land owners rights!

We have the same problem here in the UK. Cameron is hellbent on building the H2S, a fast railway line to Birmingham. The economic justification for this line makes as much sense as that high-speed railway-line they are building in California. Agenda 21 has all of us living in high-rise apartment, all packed in like sardines, using bicycles, buses and trains (all unionized off course) eating meat free diets, so that nature can rule in the country side. Urban sprawl is a curse word like carbon addition.
I still have to find anybody that wants to go to Birmingham in a hurry.
The planned living accommodations for us serfs is based on Ceaucescu’s Romanian Model, which was based on Hitler’s German Model, which was based on Marx’s Communist Model, itself copied from Malthus’ Forced Starvation Model. It didn’t work out all that well for the first three.

The EPA seizure of a part of the state of Wyoming is an outrage. The US Constitution means nothing at this point.
