Scientists attack the data instead of the messenger.
The empirical fact is just this: Mainstream astronomers and astrophysicists believed the interior of the Sun was iron (Fe) in 1945. In 1946 they all agreed, without debate or discussion, that the interior of the Sun is hydrogen (H) and H-fusion is its source of energy.
That falsehoods as been falsified many times by experimental data. See data tabulated in Figures 1-3 of my autobiography.
In 1995, the Galileo probe of Jupiter confirmed that the interior of the Sun is iron (Fe), as indicated by analysis of lunar samples from the 1969 Apollo Mission to the Moon.
I will post a link to my autobiography and a CSPAN video below that shows NASA finally releasing the Jupiter data in 1998.
