Growver Clevland was President during a weaker solar period.
Benjamin Harrison must have *really* healed the planet.
Either that or Grover Cleveland nearly destroyed in his second term.
This seems to be sufficient proof (three data points) that big government stops hurricanes and people who restrain government cause them. Damning.
