The enhanced Hansen version is
dT = k * (exp(dCO2)²)³

So as listed you have Scenarios C, B, and A with C being the “zero emissions” scenario. Very impressive.
In C.M. Kornbluth’s novella “The Marching Morons” people were so dumb that the cars had to be speed limited to about 20 miles an hour. But because the morons liked fast cars the ficticious speed dial went up to 200. Blowers were included in the windowframes to add an exciting whooshing noise.
In 2040 I look forward to tanning myself on Nobby’s Beach here in Newcastle in the pleasant 150 C temperatures.
The government’s existing code is also one line:

Now all you have left to do is adjust the observations to fit your model…. then publish.
