President Obama Announces That His Actions Are Unconstitutional And Undemocratic

THE PRESIDENT:  Believe me — believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting.  (Laughter.)  I promise you. Not just on immigration reform.  (Laughter.)  But that’s not how — that’s not how our system works.

AUDIENCE MEMBER:  Change it!

THE PRESIDENT:  That’s not how our democracy functions.  That’s not how our Constitution is written.

Remarks by the President to the National Council of La Raza | The White House

He swore to uphold the Constitution. Impeach him.

  1. omanuel says:

If we still had constitutional government, Obama might be impeached.

  2. Mat Helm says:

This is all the Republicans fault. Their Jimmy Carter’est approach invites all comers to play them like fiddles….

  3. B.C. says:

Let’s trade him to ISIS for a 5th-round draft pick and a president to be named later.

    • Mat Helm says:

But then you’d have to pay someone to take Biden. I suppose then we could just send Boehner back down to the minors. Even still, how many will we have to unload to get to Cruz?

      • B.C. says:

I’m sure we could take up a nation-wide collection and be able to pay someone (North Korea?) VERY handsomely to take Slow Joe off our hands. Hell, we could probably even pull in enough scratch to send the entire National Socialist Democratic Party to the remotest reaches of the Gobi Desert. (The ChiComs may be ChiComs, but they won’t turn down that kind of hard currency, even if they have to hold their noses while doing it and take a long, hot shower after doing it.)

  4. Don says:

There aren’t 67 votes in the Senate to convict El Jefe on a bill of impeachment that comes from the House, so a waste of time, right now anyway.

    • David A says:

There may be adequate power in the House and Senate to actually force some uncovering (appointed special prosecutors) that could lead to exposure and proof of dark deeds.

  5. I. Lou Minotti says:

Impeach him? IMPEACH HIM? How about taking him out of our house in handcuffs?
Oh, I forgot. There’s no one in the Republican party or the military with a set of balls.
    Never mind.

    • B says:

Obama is establishing powers future republicans can make use of. Both teams understand what is being accomplished for their mutual benefit.

      • Gail Combs says:

Yes it is all a dog and pony show. When have we ever seen Congress actually repeal a rotten law? The Federal Reserve Act, The Patriot Act….

Any actual changes are ALWAYS in favor of the Moneyed Elite.

After the bankers created a financial mess to push Congress into dealing with the matter. Congress had the intention of coming up with a bill that would break the grip of the money trust. Seven men representing each branch of the money trust met in secret on Jekyll Island to form the Federal Reserve Act. One was Republican Senator Aldrich who later married into the Rockefeller dynasty. Why the secrecy? The answer is provided by Vanderlip himself. He said: “If it were to be exposed publicly that our particular group had gotten together and written a banking bill, that bill would have no chance whatever of passage by Congress.” So we were Grubered 100 years ago by the international bankers and have been serfs of the bankers ever since.

…Finally there was Paul Warburg who was probably the most important at the meeting because of his knowledge of banking as it was practiced in Europe. Paul Warburg was born in Germany and eventually became a naturalized American citizen. He was a partner in Kuhn, Loeb & Company [later married into it] and was a representative of the Rothschild banking dynasty in England and France where he maintained very close working relationships throughout his entire career with his brother, Max Warburg, who was the head of the Warburg banking consortium in Germany and the Netherlands. [Note that the funder of Karl Marx was Phillips a Netherlands banker of Jewish descent.] Paul Warburg was one of the wealthiest men in the world….

…Paul Warburg who was forever the master strategist, they added several very sound provisions to the Federal Reserve Bill. By that I mean they added some provisions which seriously restricted the ability of the Federal Reserve to create money out of nothing. Warburg’s associates said, “Paul, what are you doing? We don’t want those in there this is our bill.” And his response was this, he said, “Relax fellas, don’t you get it? Our object is to get the bill passed. We can fix it up later.” Those were his exact words. “We can fix it up later.” [And this has been the strategy ever since.]

…Warburg was right and they fixed it up later. The Federal Reserve Act since it was passed has been amended over 100 times. Every one of those provisions were long ago removed and many more have been added which greatly expand the power and reach of the Federal Reserve System…. With this kind of professional strategy and deception, these people were real professionals. the public didn’t stand a chance.
        http://www.bigeye.com/griffin.htm

If you don’t like Griffin there is Republican Congressman Louis T. McFadden speeches before Congress or Democrat Congressman Wright Patman’s “A Primer on Money” as Chairman of Committee on Banking and Currency.

Also look at the actual congressional testimony before the U.S. Senate (Speaking before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations) on February 17, 1950 by by James Paul Warburg, the son of Paul Warburg. James Paul Warburg was a member of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s original “brain trust,” as his financial adviser. – Phoenix Rising: The Rise and Fall of the American Republic

“We will have a world government whether you like it or not. The only question is whether that government will be achieved by conquest or consent.” aka Socialism or Communism.

“As an Aside it may be noted that Paul Warburg was also a director of the American IG Chemical Corp. the American subsidary of IG Farben in Germany. IG Farben was prominent in bringing Hitler to Power in 1933 and manufactured the Zyklon-B gas used in Nazi concencentration camps. Warburg was a founding member of the Carl Schutz Memorial Foundation, a propaganda organization established in 1930, a director of the prestigious Council on Foreign Relations, Inc and a trustee of the the Brookings Institution.” – pg 93 Wall Street and FDR By Antony C. Sutton

A last bit of evidence is the cartoon by Cartoonist Robert Minor a member of the Communist Party.

In 1911 the St. Louis Dispatch published a cartoon by a Bolshevik named Robert Minor. Minor was later to be arrested in Tsarist Russia for revolutionary activities and in fact was himself bankrolled by famous Wall Street financiers. Since we may safely assume, that he knew his topic well, his cartoon is of great historical importance. It portrays Karl Marx with a book entitled Socialism under his arm, standing amid a cheering crowd on Wall Street. Gathered around and greeting him with enthusiastic handshakes are characters in silk hats identified as John D. Rockefeller, J.P. Morgan, John D. Ryan of National City Bank, Morgan partner George W. Perkins and Teddy Roosevelt, leader of the Progressive Party. … [Good read – describes the intentional hamstring of our military]

Before creation of the Federal Reserve, the money supply was controlled by the Treasury Department, which is under the direction of the President. A question I like to ask people who call for the abolition of the Fed is: would they like for Presidents to have direct ability to pump up the money supply as part of their reelection campaigns?

It would amount to a radical secession of power to the Executive Branch, another step to converting our imperial President to Emperor. Can you imagine what someone like Obama would do to the money supply, to try to get himself re-elected?

Note that the American economy had far worse boom-bust cycles when the Treasury Dept. (under the thumb of the President) was in charge of managing the money supply, before the creation of an independent Federal Reserve system. We had 6(!!) depressions and “panics” in the 19th century, but we’ve now been >70 years without a full-blown depression. That’s a remarkable improvement.

BTW, that Patman 1964 Primer On Money link didn’t work, but I found a copy of it here. (Unfortunately, it’s a non-OCR’d PDF.)

Some “primer” — it’s 135 pages! My own modest primer on money is a lot shorter & simpler.

        • Gail Combs says:

          Dave,
The Constitution specifically state gold and silver coin for that very reason. The Founders had already had to deal with the fractional reserve system of money inflation and wanted to get away from it.

“History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and it’s issuance.” – James Madison

However the something for nothing characteristic of the fractional reserve system has been very attractive and the history of the USA has been the history of a battle against those who wanted a central bank and the fractional reserve system.

It is an evil that will continue to be with the human race.

    • Gail Combs says:

Why do you think one of Obama’s moves was to fire all the competent military leaders?

Why has Obama Fired 197 US Senior Military Commanders in 5 years? (nine Generals in 2013)

I think we already know the answer to that question. As a would be dictator the first thing I would do if I could would be to geld the Military.

Then we have the DHS who is more under Obummer’s control arming itself.
1.6 Billion Rounds Of Ammo For Homeland Security? – 1.6 billion rounds would be enough to sustain a hot war for 20+ years. In America. “As reported elsewhere, some of this purchase order is for hollow-point rounds, forbidden by international law for use in war, along with a frightening amount specialized for snipers….”

A power systems engineer at WUWT said a couple years ago, “Letting non-professionals get involved in the power grid is like giving the keys to the family car and a bottle of whiskey to a 14 year old boy and his pals. If the renewables were viable, we’d adopt them by the train-load and build them so fast your head would spin.”

Given the KNOWN general incompetence of bureaucrats and the EPA actions so far, Obama’s ‘War on Coal’ is probably more about crashing the US power grid than it ever was about saving Gaia.

      Consider:
The 1977 New York City blackout lasting 25 hours resulted in looting and arson throughout the city in contrast to the ‘well mannered’ 1965 blackout. There were 1,037 fires, 550 police officers were injured and 4,500 looters were arrested. Now extend that to days or weeks and the militarization of America’s police forces and the February 2008 Canada-U.S. pact allowing cross-border military activity ‘which allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation in a civil emergency’ – all of a sudden becomes understandable. Then you can add in A series of recent military exercises in major cities including Miami and Houston have alarmed residents and even local officials, many of whom were reportedly unaware that the drills would be taking place in their jurisdictions. (Friday, 01 February 2013)

You do not have to wear a tinfoil hat to be a bit uneasy about these facts but anyone who links them is called a ‘conspiracy nut.’ and no one one in the media or more important in Congress shows any sign of linking them.

      • Jason Calley says:

Hey Gail! “Given the KNOWN general incompetence of bureaucrats and the EPA actions so far, Obama’s ‘War on Coal’ is probably more about crashing the US power grid than it ever was about saving Gaia. ”

Another reason for getting rid of coal is that it makes the cities more “controllable” by The Powers That Be. Coal can be stockpiled. A coal fired generating plant for a city may have anywhere from weeks to months of coal supply on hand. On the other hand, a gas fired plant will shut down immediately if you send a command to shut the pipeline.

      • Gail Combs says:

Oh and add in Obama’s stirring of the racial pot and hatred of the police.

      • daveburton says:

It’s not “all the competent military leaders” that Obama has fired. Only about 15-20% of those officers are generals and admirals. There are nearly a thousand generals and admirals in the U.S. military. So Obama will have to fire a lot more than 30 or 40 to make much of a dent.

As for the ammo, most of those bullets haven’t been bought yet, they are just contracts with options to buy over a half-decade or so. They are to supply training needs for both DHS/DOJ and ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement):
        http://news.msn.com/politics/homeland-security-wants-bullets-16-billion-of-them

        • Gail Combs says:

So why the heck the order for hollow points? Five Three years is a short time and pretty much coincides with the possible collapse of the US power grid at least in the east.

          From the same article:

….Of the nearly 9,000 delivered MaxxPro units to the military, the Department of Homeland Security is apparently taking delivery (apparently through the Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico VA, via the manufacturer – Navistar Defense LLC) of an undetermined number of the recently retrofitted 2,717 ‘Mine Resistant Protected’ MaxxPro MRAP vehicles for service on the streets of the United States…

They all have gun ports… Gun Ports? In the theater of war, yes. On the streets of America…?

Seriously, why would DHS need such a vehicle on our streets?

About all the rest of the top dogs in the US military – remember what has happened to scientists with regards to CAGW. You either shut your mouth or get fired. Fire a few and the rest get the message. Toe the line or get tossed.

Also I suggest you read the DOD’s new training manual, AFSS 0910 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND TREATMENT INCIDENTS (EOTI) LESSON PLAN

          D. Extremist Ideologies
          1. Introduction
          • As noted, an ideology is a set of political beliefs about the nature of people and society. People who are committed to an ideology seek not only to persuade but to recruit others to their belief. In U.S. history, there are many examples of extremist ideologies and movements. The colonists who sought to free themselves from British rule and the Confederate states who sought to secede from the Northern states are just two examples.

          • While not all ideologists are violent in nature, it is characteristic of ideology to be action-oriented and to regard action in terms of a military analogy. How often have you heard words such as struggle, resist, march, victory, and overcome when reading about or talking to ideologists about their beliefs?

          2. Ideologies
          a. Nationalism – The policy of asserting that the interests of one’s own nation are separate from the interests of other nations or the common interest of all nations.
Many nationalist groups take it a step further and believe that their national culture and interests are superior to any other national group.

          b. Supremacy – The belief that one’s race or ethnicity is superior to all others and should dominate society. Supremacy, as with racial supremacies in general, has frequently resulted in anti-Black and anti-Semitic violence.

          c. Separatism – Setting oneself or others apart based on culture, ethnicity, race, or religion….

National pride and patriotism are now taught as BAD by our own military? WTF!

One commenter here a while ago mentioned reference to US documents like the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution is now actively discouraged in the armed forces.
          …..

          Back to power generation
It is the combination of the domestic policing force build up AND the attack on the US electric grid that is worrying.

The report I was going to link showing the timing of closures going out to 2040 has been updated and nothing got better. ( For actual timing see: NEW POWER PLANT RETIREMENT LIST ) The expected closures first reported by Institute for Energy Research.org have about tripled and that number was already triple the EPA’s. Therefore at present the number is 7.5 times as much loss as the capacity loss predicted by the EPA and that is mostly on the Eastern Seaboard. Link containing a people friendly map The map uses increasing size circles to indicate the amount of energy lost in each location.

Also NIMBY anti pipeline and anti-fracking activists are preventing the expected increase in natural gas supplies to power plant sites.

According to EPA, their modeling of Utility MACT and CSAPR indicates that these regulations will only shutter 9.5 GW of electricity generation capacity.….

….This report is an update of a report we first issued in October 2011.[6] In the original report, we calculated that 28.3 GW of generating capacity would close as a result of EPA’s regulations. At the time, we warned, “…This number will grow as plant operators continue to release their EPA compliance plans.” Unfortunately, this statement has proven to be true and will continue to grow in the future as new EPA regulations continue to be released. This latest update shows that 72.7 GW of electrical generating capacity will now close—a 44.4 GW increase….

….the initial reliability assessment released by the EPA with their new CO2 restrictions on existing power plants even points out that regions in the Southeast and Northeast may experience effects from the regulation that “…raise concerns over reliability.”….

….Combining actual announcements with EPA’s modeling shows that EPA’s modeling grossly underestimates the actual number of closures. Originally, EPA calculated that only 9.5 GW of electrical generating capacity would close as a result of its MACT and CSAPR rules. …

More than 72 gigawatts (GW) of electrical generating capacity have already, or are now set to retire because of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) regulations. The regulations causing these closures include the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (colloquially called MATS, or Utility MACT)[1], proposed Cross State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR)[2], and the proposed regulation of carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants.

To put 72 GW in perspective, that is enough electrical generation capacity to reliably power 44.7 million homes[3]—or every home in every state west of the Mississippi River, excluding Texas.[4] In other words, EPA is shutting down enough generating capacity to power every home in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Over 94 percent [of] these retirements will come from generating units at coal-fired power plants, shuttering over one-fifth of the U.S.’s coal-fired generating capacity….

Dave, I much rather be spending my retirement touring all the national parks here in the USA instead of looking at the crap Obama is tossing at us. Unfortunately adding up odd bits and pieces is a well honed gift I used at a variety of chemical plants to solve problems. I even predicted the shut down of a plant to a friend in HR a year before the actual shutdown. I did so on the day the top brass at the plant had received the notice from HQ in confidence and they went nuts trying to find the ‘leak’ (snicker)

So here is the OLD 2012 map. As a resident in NC hopefully it will give you a reason to think about being prepared.

          http://instituteforenergyresearch.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/CoalRetirementsMap.png

        • daveburton says:

What Obama & Co are doing to America’s energy infrastructure should be an impeachable offence. Thanks for the valuable links.

About 50 hours ago I was driving through rural Greene Co., NC, and happened upon a “solar farm,” and took some pictures:
          http://burtonsys.com/climate/Greene_Co_NC_solar_farm/

This is what’s conspicuously missing from those photographs:
          http://www.burtonsys.com/climate/What-is-a-Transformer-6_10pct.jpg

There are acres of solar PV panels there, but not much wiring. There are a few tiny transformers on poles, like you’d see serving a very small neighborhood, that’s all.

This sort of installation doesn’t qualify as a power plant in the real world. But I’ll bet it “generated” a whale of a lot of tax credits.

  6. R. de Haan says:

As long as people are totally satisfied with the current dog and pony shows…

    • Gail Combs says:

And the bankers continue to own the Mass Media that convinces the people we have a two party system and an actual choice… Oh look a squirrel!

And our education system continues to be run by the Fabians Useful Idiots intent on Dumbing Down America.
      ………….

John Dewey was a founding member of the American Fabian Society and Father of the ‘Progressive Education’ that our schools suffer from today. ‘Progressive Education’ is about brainwashing children into being good little socialists and not educating independent intellectuals and entrepreneurs. It is doing a great job of it too.

This is what we are seeing today and why I say US politics is nothing but a dog and pony show, a circus act to dazzle the masses. It is why I keep pointing at the Fabian Society. Without the money and support of the wealthy elite ‘Socialism’ would have fallen flat on its face a century ago, the Bolshevik Revolution would never have happened and with luck Russia would have been a free republic patterned after the old USA instead of a twisted sick perversion of ‘democracy’

“Part of the strategy of the Fabian Society for gaining power gradually was infiltration and replacement. It sought allies in the universities, Churches, and newspapers, trained speakers, writers, and politicians, and indoctrinated young scholars who would eventually infiltrate educational institutions, government agencies, and political parties to promote Fabian socialism.”The Socialist-Capitalist Alliance: the Fabian Society, the Frankfurt School, and Big Business: Part One
      To continue:

….According to the UK Fabian Society’s own website, “[t]oday, the Fabian Society and the LSE [London School of Economics founded by the Webbs, Shaw, and Wallas] continue to work closely together.”

In relation to Big Business, the Fabian LSE has been funded by members associated with the financial assets accrued from BEIC as stated above. The major financial contributors include the Indian millionaire Ratan Tata, the Rockefeller Foundation (in 1923 it contributed $1 million and between 1929-1952 it contributed $4,105,592), the Rothschilds, Sir Julius Wernher, Carnegie United Kingdom Trust, Mrs. Ernest Elmhurst, widow of Willard Straight who was partner of J.P. Morgan, and Sir Ernest Cassel (and just recently, £1.5 million from Saif al-Islam Gaddafi).

According to Bolton, a friend of Ernest Cassel (1852-1921), Lord Haldane, said: “Our object is to make this institution a place to raise and train the bureaucracy of the future Socialist state” (Bolton, 102). Cassel was a major merchant banker and capitalist, and a partner of Kuhn, Loeb & Co. and Vickers Maxim Armaments. This obviously begs a particular question: why did major capitalists and international finance organisations want to train the bureaucracy for the creation of a future socialist state? Isn’t socialism, in its very essence, antithetical to capitalism?

…H.G. Wells [ a UK Fabian Society founding member] explains this seeming paradox, in part, in something he wrote in 1920: “Big Business is in no means antipathetic to Communism. The larger big business grows the more it approximates Collectivism. It is the upper road of the few instead of the lower road of the masses to Collectivism” (Russia in the Shadows, Chapter VII, ‘The Envoy’, 1920).

In other words, not only was Fabian Socialism different from Marxist Socialism by strategy, it was also different by source of revolutionary potential: wealthy elites (intellectual, political, economic) rather than proletarians (working classes).

In 1905, American Fabians established the Rand School of Social Science in New York City and incorporated the Intercollegiate Socialist Society to promote “an intelligent interest in socialism among college men and women”. A founding member was American Fabian John Dewey, considered the father of progressive education, and an atheist, socialist, and evolutionist. In 1921 the Fabian Rand School changed its name to The League for Industrial Democracy and established a network of 125 chapters with the aim of de-Christianising America. Dewey became president of it in 1941. Dewy also co-founded the New School for Social Research (NSSR) in 1919, which is a Fabian-socialist institution that is the American equivalent to the London School of Economics and Political Science. This school, funded by the Rockefeller Foundation ($208,100 between 1940 and 1944) and the Carnegie Corporation ($95,000 in 1940) among others, set up the Graduate Faculty on Political and Social Science in 1933, called the “University in Exile”, and aimed to “accommodate the large number of socialist intellectuals” who fled or were expelled from Hitler’s Germany (Bolton, 112-113)….

The USA is not dying because she is over two hundred years old as I originally thought. She is dying because of the traitors from Europe who came here with the intent purpose of killing her and making her a vassal of a world government. The American Revolutionary War continues to this day but it is an unseen ‘cold war’.

      • Neal S says:

Gail Combs wrote previously that “reference to US documents like the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution is now actively discouraged in the armed forces.” I don’t understand how reference to the Constitution can be discouraged with good faith by anyone in the military. Doesn’t the military take an oath which includes ” I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;” How can they support and defend something that they are actively discouraged from reference to? Any in the military that discourage reference to these are NOT acting in good faith.

What if the greatest threat to the Constitution happens to be the holder of the office of President himself? I guess I can understand why our Veterans are now considered to be potential terrorists or worse by DHS, as shameful as that should be to those who made such a ridiculous determination.

        • Gail Combs says:

Neal, I could not remember if it was the Constitution or the Declaration but I think it was the declaration. There is no oath about that document so the America haters would see it as fair game just like they call the Founding Fathers ‘Extremists’

  7. philjourdan says:

They will not impeach him. As feckless as Obama is, the opposition is cowardly.

    • Gail Combs says:

The ‘opposition’ is just as owned by the bankers as Obama’s loyal followers. Sen. Dick Durbin (D) “And the banks — hard to believe in a time when we’re facing a banking crisis that many of the banks created — are still the most powerful lobby on Capitol Hill. And they frankly own the place.”

  8. Eliza says:

I’d forget the immigration issue even GOP is divided…. after all nearly 50% of the USA is now latino LOL The real issue AGW is the one where not one inch should be given. EPA needs to be closed down or most of its gov appointent staff fired ect.

    • Gail Combs says:

The immigration issue is actually a threat to the blacks and the unions. Around here the Hispanics have displaced many of the highly paid unionized construction jobs. They also take the minimum wage jobs displacing the people without or even with high school diplomas.

Many of my customers are Hispanic and I have talked politics with them for the last couple of years. They are not as politically naive as blacks and are well versed in corrupt government. They will not be as easy a target as the blacks.

An additional thought. Many illegals are paid under the table so no taxes are collected on their wages. So amnesty means not the jump in wages Obama is talking but a jump in TAXES for the government.

For a yearly wage of $20,000 (Single person in NC)
      Fed tax = $1,024
      Soc Security = $1,633
      Medicare = $536
      North Carolina = $1,400 (7%)

Total tax is $4,593 out of that $20,000 so it is the equivalent of $15,000 paid under the table. The minimum wage of $7.25 per hour is also $15,000 per year.) Around here you can’t find anyone who will work for under $10 an hour. McDonald’s pay starts ~ $8.00/hour.

I think you can see why the government wants undocumented workers added to the tax roll.
The government considers $11,945 as poverty level.

      • philjourdan says:

YOu actually have to double the SS tax. The employer must then pay it which does impact the money he has available to pay the illegal. So while the illegal may not see that extra $1600, it is still a cost of employing him.
