Our top fake government scientists announced on Wednesday that the Arctic is melting and turning green at -25C.
Arctic turns green as sea ice melts to record low levels | The Independent
What they meant to say is that Arctic sea ice is very close to normal, and the Arctic is having the latest start to the melt season on record.
Ocean and Ice Services | Danmarks Meteorologiske Institut
Arctic sea ice extent is higher than ten years ago.
masie_4km_allyears_extent_sqkm.csv
The area covered by multi-year ice has more than doubled over the past decade.
The Arctic is very white, covered with ice, and extremely cold.
Greenland is blowing away all records for ice gain.
Greenland Ice Sheet Surface Mass Budget: DMI
Temperatures in Greenland are extremely cold, and scientists struggle to keep from being buried by snow.
Fake climate scientists have been living off government funding for decades, and feel threatened that their scam is about to end. As a result they are ramping up their lies and fraud to spectacular new levels.
Cue the village idiots Griff and Jim to tell Tony how wrong he is and the -40 temperatures in Greenland aren’t cold ;-)
(I thank you! as they used to say when coming on stage…)
The DMI chart is showing you that on terms they measure it, extent is no better than last year, which was one of the 3 lowest extents on record.
Other extent measurements show the ice at a record low extent

And here is the daily average sea ice thickness:

This year is going to be another disaster for artic sea ice.
I’ll be sure to tell you each and every day it continues to be a record low.
You are a monumental LIAR and a total DENIER of climate change.
You KNOW, because you have been shown many times, that Arctic sea ice levels have been considerably LOWER than now for some 90-95% of the last 10,000 years.
The only reason they are currently so high is because they have been at EXTREME HIGH levels during the Little Ice Age and the late 1970’s
DENY the facts, griff.. its the ONLY thing that allows your child-mind to keep yapping to itself.
NSIDC shows Arctic sea ice well with error margin of several years of the last decade.. and CLIMBING for the last week.
There is a possibility that 1979, was the highest point of the century,at least since 1920 anyway.
One of the areas where sea Arctic sea ice is free to expand is towards Iceland, so the Iceland sea ice index is a pretty good indicator of general sea ice levels.
The other place is out through the Bering Strait, but not enough records exist for that area, .
Here is the Iceland sea ice index, clearly showing that the late 1970’s extent was just as EXTREME as during many parts of the Little Ice Age.
The people living in the region can be VERY THANKFUL that the sea ice extent has dropped since the late 1970’s, albeit only by a small amount.
And MASIE shows 2017 above 2006 and level with 2007
Ms Griff, if a little melted ice is a disaster, what is it when alarmists starve millions every year?
Progress?
“This year is going to be another disaster for artic sea ice.”
I thought you said it was going to decrease?
Less sea ice would be a massive blessing for all those living in the region.
Fishing, commerce, transport for more than just a tiny fraction of the year.
The real disaster would be if the Arctic sea ice level started to climb back up to the LIA extremes.
As the Russian President has noted.
With 10% of the Russian GDP dependent on the Arctic, he states that…
“Climate change brings in more favourable conditions and improves the economic potential of this region,”…
I take that griff would NEVER want people to enjoy that improved economic potential.
A little bit of sea ice is FAR more important,
That is how you feel, isn’t it, griff
You really are a anti-human, immoral, mental cripple, griff.
Because the earth began in 1979 or 1970. (Hint: actually it began about 4 billion years ago.)
Yawn, off key singer Griff is here……Zzzz…..
griff is NOTHING but a Chihuahua yapping from the back of a passing EV.
Can someone fix this for me so it shows up in the post….not just as a link?

Here ya go, Latitude.
Thanks Dave!….notice that Griff ignored it
The way I do it is “Save as” and put in my gallery, then hit the browse button below and find it a click on it. Works every time if the image is not too big.
Thanks RAH!..I’ll have to get someone on this end to walk me through that
Anywho, I think Griff likes NSIDC….and their numbers show Arctic ice increasing for the past 12 years
I use windows 10. Just right click the image. A menu should pop up with “save as” and click that. That should automatically bring up your gallery of saved images. Then you can rename the image if you desire and click “save”. From that time on any time you wish to post that image here just hit the “Browse” button at the bottom at the comment window and your image gallery will pop up. Find the image you want in the gallery and double click it.
back me up…..I’m going in!
I got your six!
OT: Temperature factoid… this July 5 is the 80th anniversary of the highest temperature ever recorded in Canada, in two towns in southern Saskatchewan
Looks like Barrow, AK, is very cold, but perhaps UHI boosted temps at the airport for Friday. The USCRN site 4ENE of Barrow is reporting a high today of -21C, and a CWOP site in Barrow reported a high of -16C. But the NWS/FAA site at Wiley Post-Will Rogers Memorial reports a high of 2C. All report a 24 hour low between -29C and -26C. Nothing like a little jet exhaust to help keep that “warming in the Arctic” thing going.
