Climate Community Responds To My Charges Of Fraud

I uncover rock solid proof of fraud, so the climate community responds on Breitbart with their predictable anonymous non-sequitur ad hom attack.

I’ve never taken any money from Heartland. I am spent several thousand dollars of my own money for the Heartland events I have attended. They pre-paid for my hotel when I spoke at the Heartland Conference in 2014. I paid for the plane ticket. They offered to pay for my plane travel and hotel when I spoke at the Washington State Senate and at a recent meeting in Washington D.C.  I have not billed them for either.

Climate alarmists steal billions of dollars every year from taxpayers, and then they attack anyone who calls them out on their fraud. Anyone who wants to make money lying about the climate is on their side,

The only funding I get is from small donations on this blog, which works out to much less than minimum wage for the time I put in.

Climate alarmists are the very filth of the earth. They have no interest in science, honesty or integrity. It is all about money and power and attacking anyone who threatens their scam.

My net loss for blogging, including lost time and opportunity cost, is probably close to  one million dollars. And then they accuse me of being on the take.

Your work is appreciated by honest people. Keep it up!

  2. GW Smith says:

    I totally agree, Tony!

Can you tell me where you get your CO2 data?

    Keep it up!

  3. AndyG55 says:

Will start earning a bit more in a month or two.

I’ll send some chocolates your way.

opps sorry… it’s JoNova that likes chocolates ;-)

LOVE YOUR WORK….. keep stinging them ! :-)

Andy will back me up when I say that I am the original Baa Humbug (From Jo Nova’s site and have been for over 10 years.
This Bah Humbug dissing Steve is an imposter bastard.

      • AndyG55 says:

Hi Baa, I thought there was something wrong….

Either that or you had been force fed Klimate Kool-aide for several weeks !! :-)

Its a real pain when someone brainless and internally ugly usurps your good name.

Maybe add some numbers or something to your moniker.?

  4. sunsettommy says:

That same humbug, who doesn’t address Tony’s presentation in anyway at all.

What a load on two feet!

  5. Andy DC says:

Yes, Tony only has a bachelor’s degree, or so they say. I don’t care if he never got past 3rd grade. Tony is simply demonstrating what the actual temperatures have been over the past 100+years, from NOAA’s very own data source. He didn’t create the data, it is out there plain as day for all to see.

The beauty is that the data has NOT been tampered with. Unlike NOAA scientists, he did not need to make any “adjustments” to prove his point.

    • tonyheller says:

      I have a Masters Degree

    • Kris Johanson says:

Tony has exactly the “formal” education one would want for what he’s doing: Geology + MS EE. The CEOs of Fortune 100 companies have less rigorous credentials than that. No one cares, anyway, except the “Academy”, who are miffed that they’ve been circumvented in this case and basically made irrelevant

  6. gator69 says:

If you’re not catching flak, you’re not over the target.

  7. John says:

    Hi,
Was it an article on Breitbart that dinged you? Or was it some of the commenters on the article?

I know Breitbart just put up an article recently about how 2 scientists have just shown “no global warming” just cyclical trends. (The author was Delinpole, perhaps? He posts not infrequently on the GlobalWarmonger Scam.)

    • rw says:

That must be a troll on a Breitbart comment thread. I didn’t see the actual comment, but it’s in the usual style.

    • rw says:

It’s the usual hit-and-run maneuver. Toss out an accusation for whatever effect it might get. No need for it to have an substance behind it.

  8. Robertv says:

In the name of humanity you can’t stop this excellent work as long as free speech is a right. Or we win or it is back to the Dark Ages. Freedom is worth fighting for.

  9. Anon says:

It is always interesting that they NEVER answer the scientific objections and concerns, but always attack the objector. Furthermore, because your research is uncovering things that don’t support AGW, there is no way that you would receive funds from agencies like the NSA, NOAA, NASA, should you ever apply, because their scientific grant process requires review by the same cabal, the climate change community, that is manipulating the data to support AGW. And should you somehow slip under the radar, like Roger Pielke Jr, who received funding from traditional funding sources, you will attacked for not being a “climate scientist” and forced to give up your research as they see to it that your funding evaporates. Hence the whole climate change community is a closed shop, that serves no bonafide scientific purpose except to the produce results that its funders require, in order to carry effect their globalist / social justice agenda.

As a scientist myself, I am sad to see all this transpire. It is anti-science. All theories need to be subject to rigorous proof. Relativity is a case in point, which took close to fifty years before it was definitively accepted and was why Einstein was awarded the Nobel for the photo-electric effect. The theory of AGW was hardly subject to the same rigor and is now being used as a lever to put the multi-trillion dollar global economy under government management.

*A year ago I would have thought this scenario preposterous, but after Wikileaks came out in October 2016, it is obvious that if these people have no problem rigging elections, they would not give a second thought about tampering with the Climate Record to serve their ends. Pathetic.

    • Kris Johanson says:

With respect to your first sentence, above, it’s highly relevant and worth noting that Griff and Hunt and Others are not commenting on Tony’s latest findings…

      • Anon says:

I can’t decide what is worse, what Tony just uncovered or the fabrication of the Arctic Sea Ice Decline by beginning the graph in 1978.

See graph of NOAA Arctic Sea Ice Decline:

        http://nsidc.org/arcticseaicenews/files/2015/10/monthly_ice_09_NH.png

        Here is the explanation:

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIEGo8E9s_8

When I saw this, I was apoplectic. It is a high school level hack, completely disingenuous and devoid of scientific integrity.

        • AndyG55 says:

What you really need to realise is that the current levels of Arctic sea ice are actually rather high compared to most of the last 10,000 years

Biodata from Fram Strait and other regions around the Arctic shows this rather dramatically.

          • AndyG55 says:

Another good indicator is the sea ice around Iceland. This region is one of the areas where extended sea ice will manifest itself.

As you can clearly see, a big drop from around 1920-1970, then a huge peak , up there with the extents of the Little Ice Age.

The drop that we have seen since q979 is a drop from an extreme high level., and the current level is still above the MWP and above 90-95% of the last 10,000 years.

          • menicholas says:

What this tells me is that sea ice can form and thicken in a very short span of time…a few years by the look of that graph.

          • AndyG55 says:

Have to remember that passed Iceland is just one area where Arctic sea ice can expand.

Unfortunately there isn’t the same sort of record elsewhere around the Arctic region.

Its know that different regions will respond differently depending on weather, winds ocean currents etc.

It all comes down to “not enough information”, but all information available point to the late 1970’s being a MUCH higher extent than the 40s-60s.

EVERYTHING point to the current drop in sea ice being a drop back a small way towards more “NORMAL” sea ice levels, and the current level is actually still VERY HIGH compared to the last 10,000 years

      • Brad says:

Griff and Hunt havent been told how to respond by their overlords yet.

    • XYZ says:

Wow. Good stuff! Whole global narrative to distribute worlds wealth evenly = take money of white hetero carnivore man and give it away for free. Bonus – make sure he thanks you and smiles while doing it. Even if he cries inside.
      Hugs and no hard feelings.

    • Philip DiMarzio says:

What, there’s no such thing as “consensus?” LOL, I’m always amused when the Climate Alarmists use that word. I’m not a scientist but I am capable of sniffing out BS. And there is a BOATLOAD (don’t you love my scientific terminology?) of odor from those who would preach to us.

  10. Joe Bastardi says:

Yah I have been accused of taking money from the Koch Brothers. Gee I wonder where that came from

    • Jl says:

They can’t refute your data so instead go after your alleged funding source.

      • AndyG55 says:

One should look at the funding for BEST. !!

Every bit from socialist globalists, including HUGE funding from “anonymous”.. possible Soros or Steyer related

BEST is a bought and paid for scam group.

        • spren says:

BEST also received funding from the dastardly (/sarc) Koch Brothers, clearly a right-wing conspiracy. I don’t recall how much they contributed, but clearly it didn’t influence the result.

Wasn’t that the study that finally pushed Judith Curry over the edge as she was a co-author. She offered objections by stating that the study’s claims were not supported by their underlying data.

  11. Michael Davis says:

    Steve
Some of us knew your work needed, that is why many of us followed you from WUWT.Even if I disagree on very minor issues, I still think your work needs to be shared

  12. Oliver K. Manuel says:

Thank you, Tony, for sharing the happy ending to Al Gore’s fable. I am grateful to Donald Trump for recognition of official government lies as falsehoods. The US NAS betrayed the American public and compromised the validity of solar, nuclear and particle physics to promote Gore’s fable of CO2- controlled global climate: [“Super-fluidity in the solar interior: Implications for solar eruptions and climate”, Journal of Fusion Energy 21, 193-198 (2002)]. http://www.springerlink.com/content/r2352635vv166363/

  13. Mark Fife says:

You are doing great work sir.

It is amazing to me they have the gall to go there when there is Al Gore. A man who has amassed a 300 million dollar fortune with no particular expertise except blabbing and making power connections through gubment service. He and the Clintons are prime examples of everything wrong with politics today. Even “there comes a time when you have to acknowledge you have made enough” Obama is cashing in. How many green pie splats in the face does it take for people to realize they are looking up a cow’s ass?
