The US has been hit by 204 hurricanes since 1851, and the frequency of US hurricane strikes has dropped by one-fourth. But the last four hurricanes were your fault.

I thought they started being our fault with the hyperactive season of 2005 and Katrina? Around that time is when seem to remember the first claims that we humans were making hurricanes more powerful.
Katrina was Bush’s fault. Why?

Of course the 9 years after that 2005 season that saw many years with low storm formation and no strike on the mainland US by a major hurricane was just “luck’.
I am so proud to have the power to cause hurricanes.
Yes, only angry, hateful straight white males that support Trump have the power to cause hurricanes. Everyone else is exempt.
Damn it.
I’m a mulatto.
Racism took my superpowers away
but in return i became chronically innoccent and
i do not have to care about political correctness, which means i gained 2 new superpowers for one.
Thank you evil white man.
Makes me wonder what an overlay of US (especially southern region) temps with that chart would look like. Or correlation
We be some powerful peoples ….
My grandfather’s nickname was “Hurricane”.
Norman Jewison made a movie about him in 1999 :)
I remember Hurricane Gator. A very good man.
Interesting that the only 3 consecutive year period, according to the data link, without a US landfall was during the War between the States. Imagine how events might have changed if a Cat 4 plowed up the Potomac River and devastated DC., or one struck Sherman during his march to the Sea.
Alarmists ignore everything prior to the late 70’s for a number of phenomena.
PS I wonder what the correlation of the graph is to temperature?
The graph closely correlates to global temperatures!
