Any headline that combines “EU” and “failure” has to be accurate.
Though I would much prefer “fails”, “failed” or another word beginning with “f”.
EU & AGW is a double headed monster, kill one head and the other will follow.
That title should read “Bad news from the EU” because Van Rompuy, the unelected President of the EU and his totalitarian Kommissar’s clique of Socialist hacks are at the core of the AGW scam and more:

They are responsible for a disastrous immigration policies that currently undermine the centuries old culture of many EU countries that are flooded with Islamic extremism.
They are responsible for the EU Carbon Trading Scam that is now controlled by the Mafia.
They are responsible for the freaking mad energy policies demanding the mandatory introduction of bio fuels, wind and solar energy vehicle CO2 emissions.
They are responsible for a devastating trick to classify palm oil farms with the status of tropical forrest.
They are openly pushing the agenda for World Government.
This is the worst criminal gang of political extortionists that has come to power in our modern times, only overshadowed by the Mafia Buffoons of the UN.
They are responsible for almost every armed conflict in Africa from Zimbabwe to Kongo and from Sudan to West Sahara.
They are responsible for the devastation of entire African economies through price dumping of massive food stocks subsidized by taxpayer money, massive fish imports from lake victoria and weapons exports to conflict regions (with Russian Antanov Aircraft from Frankfurt).
Most Europeans now know what’s going on and they are on their way out.

Hard not to blame the locals. If you tell them that we are to blame for all manner of ills and that we are willing to provide compensation, what else can you expect.

I read part of that and came away thinking the Guardian in the UK should be shut down as it appears to have turned into a propaganda machine just the way that article was written.
