The fact that the Earth is warming is absolutely undeniable. Melting ice sheets, rising sea levels, melting Arctic sea ice, melting mountain glaciers and warming oceans all point to a warming atmosphere.

Sea level has been rising for 15,000 years. Glaciers have been melting for 15,000 years. Global sea ice is above normal, and North Carolina hasn’t warmed at all. This guy has a book to sell though.

Duke (Durham) is only a few miles from UNC (Chapel Hell). Chapel Hell is a center of communism and socialism in the NC centers of higher education (I’m not joking) and is the primary reason NC leans liberal in most elections. The students at UNC shut down a couple of speeches by conservatives (the university admin were absolute cowards in their lame attempt to stop it too) during the most recent election cycle because free speech is only allowed if you tow the liberal/progressive/communist/socialist line. Unfortunately we simple NC residents have to put up with the nonsense coming out of both universities.

Probably because they ask the wrong question. The right one should be “Do you think the warming is being caused mostly by CO2?”
Not that there *is* any significant warming any more.
