After 150 scoreless days, Wayne Rooney finally got his goal. Of course it took a bad call by the referee and a penalty kick to avoid six scoreless months. At £90,000 a week, that works out to £1,928,571 per goal.

However, the Benayoun transfer still baffles me….Why, among all the useless wingers in the PL, that guy in particular? I reckon that Dirk Kuyt would have been a better punt…not that Chelski needs any such benchwarmers: there are good up and coming players in its reserve team like Gael Kakuta, who I reckon will be top drawer, and Mesca…But, concerning youth development, it is quite clear that MANCHESTER UNITED is miles and miles ahead with, off the top of my head, the likes of Macheda, Welbeck, Petrucci (the new totti) and serial bad boy Ravel Morrison.
As for my comments concerning the triple point of water, sorry for the apparent harshness.. it’s just that Mosh suddenly acting like a prima donna has got on my nerves…
