New Scientist Can’t Understand Why Other People Don’t Practice Their Religion

Dear Graeme, allow me to lift the veil of concrete separating your acorn of grey matter from reality here on Terra Firma:
Skeptics don’t “deny” your cult is the true church- as a response to “tough times”. We don’t find anything “tough” about the changes that have or will occur in the climate. Mostly because it hasn’t changed much AT ALL.
So, uh, No, Graeme, that isn’t it.
It’s because we have listened patiently to your tale of the burning bush….how this magic trace of evil gas is causing the cataclysmic “collapse” of the Ecosystem, Raging floods of drought, Searing snowstorms, and the triumphant return of Elvis on his Unicorn, Beelzebub. We considered it all, from Tsunamis in Japan to Erectile Dysfunction in squirrels, and we really tried…. to be cereal.
Then we looked upon the faces of the climate brethren…. and you’ve convinced us…
For we find the vacuous thousand mile stare of the undead therein.
It’s because you’re F*#@ing nuts, Graeme. I’m sorry.
There’s a typo in the magazine title. It should read “No Scientist”
The “issues” are with them, not with us when it comes to coping with reality.
“Recently profiling a typical climate skeptic has become fertile research ground.”
And I wonder how many of our tax dollars are going into this BS.
“Recently profiling a typical climate skeptic has become fertile research ground.”
Here’s what I’m thinking “Hmm, I wonder what would happen if I cut this wire!!”
