You can’t call them on that prediction….because it was a proposal…errr…presentation…..besides it was sooooooo general. No specifics or details and besides, how were they to know that they would have to fight both logic and reason to impress upon us the need to take away all of our rights so that they could save the world (for themselves). /rant off

I’m confident it was not the same James Hansen that Tony now represents.
It was the one and only Death Train Jim that designed that program and they were looking for more funding at that time also. He was one of the leading lights of the coming ice age and about in the same position then as The Gav is today. Just no internet then.

Warmcold had not yet been invented in 1993, nor did climate scientists know back then that warm air holds more moisture than cold air, hence more snow.

They knew it but did not want to raise an alarm about Global Warming would also cause Global Cooling or anything in between!
Nothing can falsify the Global Warming theory!
