He was proud of that plan. He admits to knowing that the costs would be passed on to consumers, but was proud of a plan that would force people to do the right thing.

Yep. Plunging people into energy poverty makes him swell with pride.

Wait a few years when no one can afford a new car, then he will be two for two.

The USS Economy was taking in water, so Obama took over as Captain and promptly ordered all hands to drill holes in the deck to let the water run out.

Obama, making things worse since 2009.

This month is breaking my heart. On about July 20th, my little utility broke a record for most electricity sold in one month…… ever. The policies embraced and enacted by this administration, through the EPA and other vehicles of control has managed to make the costs creep up, worse, the threat of costs is effecting our use. If we, as a small utility have a peak day the same day our provider peaks(A larger cooperative of cooperatives), the cost for next year’s electricity will dramatically increase to us. This is their answer to the lack of peak capacity production (morons!). As most know, we in SE Kansas are on the northern edge of the well publicized drought. Our membership is enduring heat we haven’t seen since the 80s. Many are elderly and are on fixed incomes. The farmers’ crops won’t make this year. Corn is an entire loss. This nation is still unemployed, as is the area in which I live.

Bills go out next week. As a provider of electricity, we’re damned if we do and damned if we don’t, but worse of all, we will be the vehicle to damn our own people!

At a time when our people, this nation, needs cheap and reliable electricity the most, we’ve got this idiotic obsession with our energy and fuel use. Its ruining this nation, impoverishing its people and causing unnecessary suffering to the one least able to cope with extreme weather events.

Is hate too strong of a word? Probably not.
