   Ah … I remember this now. Then it was Y2K, then it was SARS, then it was swine flu, etc. Just another epic fail from the sowers of the seeds of fear.

   Who’s to say this news item is incorrect? How would an objective observer distinguish the symtoms of mad cow disease from the delusional rantings of AGW adherents?

   That was a good one. At least around here deaths from cerebral parasites only, from pig meat, went up four times during the scare. There were no news-noticeable deaths from BSE contagion. I had the displeasure of witnessing all this Mad Collective Human thing.
