Is that girl wearing a cocktail dress?
It looks like she is wearing a strapless tube rather than a dress!
I found the straps but it is still a mini dress. If it was shorter her navel would show!
As I sit here, drinking my freshly made coffe ( my apologies to those who did lose power), it becomes clear this storm does not match the hype. Frankly, the storm does not match the nor’easter we had in 1992. Good call.
