Sonia Sotomayor was bad enough, but perhaps you could make a case for her, Kagan on the other hand, are you freaking kidding me? She is nothing more than a radical activist. If we get 2 more like her on the bench, then you can officially write off the US as a bonafide banana republic, if not already.

It will be interesting to see if he thinks he can get a carbon tax into law in the US. It would further damage the US economy, though.
I’m quite sure that Obama’s plan for “American energy independence” does not include increased domestic production or oil from Canada. It will most likely include a double down on Solyndra type “Green Energy”/ donor payback shemes.
