Like Jimmy Carter, Obama has decreed America’s energy future.
In 1980 I was working for Jimmy Carter on his Synfuels Corporation. Jimmy had just decreed that America would run off synthetic fuels derived from oil shale, coal gasification, etc.
Reality set in shortly thereafter, the Synfuels Corporation went belly up, and America continued using gasoline engines – just like they will continue to do long after Dear Leader gets impeached. During his first term, he was going to power America by windmills and solar panels, but he seems to have given up on that scam.

If only, but with this House, it never will happen.

It is not the House of Representatives that is the problem. It is the Senate. Obama could very easily be impeached by the House of Representatives, but the Senate would never vote to convict (Democrat controlled). People need to understand the impeachment process. Articles of impeachment are brought forth and voted on in the House of Representatives, if passed, the impeachment moves to the Senate for hearings, investigation, and usually (not necessarily) a vote for conviction. Bill Clinton was impeached, as the House of Representatives passed vote for articles of impeachment. He was never convicted by the Senate however. So it is correct to say that Bill Clinton was impeached, he was not convicted however. Think of an impeachment as an “indictment”, someone can be indicted for a crime but not be convicted. Impeachment and Indictment are pretty much one in the same.
Also to add to this, and dispel common myths, ANY public official can be impeached, including Supreme Court Justices. To date, Samuel Chase is the only Supreme Court Justice to be impeached, but he was acquitted by the Senate (not convicted). incidentally, he was also one of the signatory’s of the Declaration of Independence.
So? Indict him, already.
