Did I forget to mention “likely forger.”
SAN JOSE, Calif. March 21, 2013 – Dr. Peter Gleick and the Pacific Institute were honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Silicon Valley Water Conservation Awards ceremony in San Jose for World Water Day 2013.
Achievement? he sure did….and so far, got away with it.
Reblogged this on Climate Ponderings.
“Fraudsters and thieves:” Gleick for his Heartland escapades and Obama for his Nobel.
I wonder who the Silicon Valley Water Conservation honchos will honor next? A corporate embezzler, stock market cheat, Ponzi schemer, computer fraudster? Oops, they’ve already got that one covered.
Perhaps, they should rename their honor the “Lifetime Liar Award.”
World Water Day ?
Love to toss some water balloons at that one.
The World is a Big place to Water…
Well, I suppose that “World Water Day” is better than a 24-hour showing of an old Kevin Costner film.
WaterWorld Day. “…The polar ice caps have melted, and the earth is covered by water…”
Scenarios like that take the skills of people who have taken Graduate courses in Creative Writing.
Steve, your post highlights the present state of corruption. A few of us notice, and groan and grizzle about it. However, while the masses remain apathetic, and contented in their ignorance, the corruption will continue.
World Water Day ? How does the left be so Orwellian. P.G. has demonised CO2 for this “award”
Right now if CO2 was back at 298ppm, something these eco nutters want, every crop in the world would require about %10 to %15 more land and water to grow the same amount of food.
Great. He got the “first ever” Silicon Valley ‘Lifetime Achievement’ Water Conservation Award.

There you’ll find that this group has only been around for 5 years.
