DNA under the fingernails are usually indicative of defensive actions. Obviously, Trayvon wasn’t on defense; he was on offense.

Scratching with fingernails is generally a defensive measure. Rape victims often scratch their attackers. So was the prosecution trying to prove that Martin wasn’t defending himself against Zimmerman?
The lack of finger-nail DNA is pretty conclusive evidence that Zimmerman was not engaged in raping Mr. Martin.
Correction: It could equally be evidence that IF Zimmerman was raping Mr. Martin, that Mr. Martin was not actively resisting.

The Prosecution will maintain that the accused was actually attacked simultaneously by a goat from the front and a rabbit from behind. While these crazed creatures were attacking him the accused vindictively shot the victim, having reached around the goat in order to shoot him. The goat and rabbit then amazingly rapidly left the scene, frightened by the gun shot, and could not be found despite a massive search.
Those photos also show that Zimmerman was hardly hurt at all – barely a scratch on the man. I’ve sneezed particularly hard three times this month and looked worse than that.
Bleeding head in multiple places, swollen and bleeding nose, and some asshole named Anto says that he was hardly hurt.

Speaking of media, I don’t know if any other countries get to see all our channels, but I sure hope that “HLN” is not one of them. Just for the hell of it I had on Nancy Grace, well actually her substitute an equally psychopathic bitch called Jane Velez-Mitchell, and if you thought all the previous mega-trial sideshows were bad, you were wrong. It is possible that this indicates he was sucker punched and therefore stunned to the point that he just put his hands up in the air to ward of the punches while he could regain some awareness and then reach for the gun shortly after that.
Unless you’re a moron it should be self evident that sustaining any sort of back of the head injury in a confrontation is potentially life threatening.

Look, everyone knows Trayvon was on his way home from earning his altar boy merit badge, when he saw Zimmerman trip over his loose fitting clan robe.
